Great location, amenities could do with some love

We were a group of cyclists who came for the tour down under. Location is great, good size with plenty of garage space and courtyard/deck area for bikes and washing. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Deducting a star for a few of the other amenities. Very small/old TV that did not have functioning HDMI ports or internet connectivity for streaming. The property manager was very friendly and helpful but seemed hamstrung by owners (owner tried to claim the 2015 TV was brand new? It's ok if it's not new, but don't lie to us). In addition, bedroom ceiling fans are squeaky, upstairs bathroom has sewerage smells coming through the drain, requiring the exhaust fan to be on consistently. Ducted cooling could probably use a decent clean too as all six of us had allergies set off. Ultimately not deal breakers but considering the price point and luxury branding we expected it to be 100%
