Hi Kelli. Thank you so much! We're delighted you enjoyed the space, location, and service 😊 It was a pleasure hosting you and we’d love to welcome you back anytime! 🌟
The house was as presented in the advert, but also open and spacious with plenty of “living” space for 6 adults to have their own space. Great location to restaurants, cafe, shops and walking distance to tram .

It was perfect for our needs. Close to city centre. Safe secure parking. Very comfortable
The house is spacious and nicely furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. Although not in the central area, great bus and tram services within a short walk. Nice quiet leafy neighbourhood. We’ve already booked for next year!

Hi Vicki. Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed the space and convenient location. It’s fantastic to hear you’ve already booked for next year – we look forward to hosting you again! 😊🏡
Very comfortable overall with fabulous access to the city; However the blinds upstairs need attention and the outside area was not clean - cigarette butts everywhere & tiles need a good clean
Everything was great. These are simple suggestions or minor, House keeping issues,
En-suite shower was moldy
Chairs in main dining need felt pads as scraping on tiles was really loud and disturbing. We played a lot of Yahtzee around the table and it was notable.
We had a fab time
Cheers

The house was beautiful, very functional for a group booking
Great facilities- bathrooms both down and upstairs- great for a larger group.
Kitchen was large and well equipped.
Two living spaces.
Very clean and functional.
Close to cafes and shops.
Short drive into the city.
The property is spacious and reasonably well equipped and in easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The city is a tram ride away. It isn't quite as luxurious as it appears in the photos, but it's generally comfortable, clean and a good place to stay. There were a few problems when we first arrived, but the landlord responded immediately to my query and sent someone over to rectify the situation. We had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again.
Property was very clean and tidy. Short walk to tram stop, nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Quiet location.
Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen has the basics, we didnt cook much anyway.
Bathrooms / showers worked fine. Decor needs updating looks like the summer heat as affected the basin / toilet cistern.
The bigger sofa should be in the kitchen area, but thats just my opinion.
Overall a great spot, and an easy 15 min walk to the showgrounds where we went everyday.
This property had everything any large group needs to enjoy a stay in Adelaide, including a great location close to literally many quality pubs, cafes, restaurants and the city.
