Fantastic home in a great location. Older style but clean and tidy - perfect for our family. Generous and thoughtful extras like bottles of water & bathroom products were gratefully received! Our only suggestion would be to have the toilet fan looked at/disconnected, it was really loud and didn’t seem to be doing much.

Awesome stay in Adelaide. Location was amazing, the house was as described. The decor is retro but the equipment (kitchen / laundry/ TV) was modern and new and the wifi was excellent which kept the kids happy.
House was clean and well stocked. Location was fantastic, walking distance to grocery store and bus stop. Also really close to Botanical gardens either by bus or car. VComfor
Property was lovely, in excellent condition and perfect for our family of 4 adults. Issue on check-in though because owner accidentally sent wrong key code. The stayz app was very slow in forwarding our communication back and forth so for awhile there we thought we were stuck. Fortunately the owner got a friend to ring us with correct code and stay was great thereafter.

I hope every houses can be charismatic enough for all tenants to feel warmth and comfort like home. Our houses are located in Adelaide City, North Adelaide, Burnside Area, St.Peter, Fullarton and Kurralta Park. They are all renovated by me and Daniel, all you need to do is to pick the house which fits your preference of location, then you will be able to enjoy the home-alike comfort and wash away the tiredness form the travelling.

Most of the neighbors here are elderly, but when they were young, they were all elites in this city. The living facilities here are very convenient. Supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops are all within easy reach. It is only 3km to the CBD. Therefore, whether you are on a business trip, vacation, travel or visiting relatives, choosing to stay here will make your journey more perfect.
