You and your guests will enjoy living in this immaculate freestanding courtyard home offering a secure and spacious open plan living.

Provided is a quality, clean & neat fully furnished short term rental accommodation in the inner-northern suburb of Nailsworth. Perfect for those here for a short holiday visit, business trip, migrating or relocating to Adelaide.

A warm and cosy 3 bedroom house, comprising of 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed with a trundle foam bed. The master bedroom has a built in robe and a 2 way bathroom ensuite.

For added security, the house is fitted with security shutters and security doors. Fully ducted reverse cycle a/c with zones in all rooms for ultimate comfort. Included are everything you need from fridge, tv, cd, dvd, microwave, bbq, washing machine to cutlery and linen.

At the back private courtyard there is a outdoor setting for you to enjoy a relaxed barbie with friends/family.

Whatever the purpose, Neat & Cosy Nailsworth provides a "Home away from Home".

The location couldn't be better. Neat & Cosy Nailsworth is ideally situated close to 2 shopping centres, 4 supermarkets, a primary school, library, medical centres, pharmacies & public transport. So everything is conveniently at your fingertips.

Just a short 10 minutes stroll to the hub of Prospect Road's cafes and local shopping. Only a few minutes drive to the vibrant and cosmopolitan O'Connell Street, where you will have an abundance of eateries at your choosing.

Situated only 8-10 minutes drive from the CBD or just a short bus ride direct to the city. Spend a full day shopping in Rundle Mall and see the famous silver balls. Or if shopping is not your thing, then stroll down the picturesque and tranquil River Torrens, and find your way to the Adelaide Zoo to see the pandas, Wang Wang and Funi.

Centrally located, so it makes commuting by car about 15-20mins to most destinations such as the cosmopolitan beaches, the historic Adelaide Hills, and 50mins to the premium wine capital of Australia, the Barossa Valley - a must for all visitors.

Shopping centre was a 10 minute walk from the house so we had daily morning coffee and breakfast there. Host was fantastic, answered all our questions with no issues. We did need to bring linen for the portacot on site and needed a few extra towels but that was no issue. Heating and air conditioning was great and house was equipped with kid friendly toys and high chair. Great stay and would absolutely stay again!

The location is amazing and so cheap via Uber etc into CBD. Walking distance to food and supermarkets. Everything you need within the house for long stays. Highly recommend.
