Luxurious 3 bedroom apartment with TV room, fully equipped, ideal for 10 guests in a family residence. The common area has a large pool, bbq area, steam, gym and business center to work!
Security 24 hours a day and private garage parking. Only 10 minutes away from the airport and walking to 2 shopping malls, restaurants, banks, public transportation and a supermarket!
Only 15-20 minutes from the beach! My apartment is excellent since it is fully equipped. There are kitchen utensils, towels, pool towels, cable TV, Wi-Fi and much more. It has 3 bedrooms with bathroom and closet, a TV room with a sofa bed. In the main room you can find a king size bed, in the second room a double bed with a twin bed, and in the third room 3 single beds.
In the main room, you will also find another sofa bed for your comfort. The common area has a large pool and a kids pool with a playground. There is a small bar, tables and chairs for the beach.
You can also enjoy the gym, spa, steam, shared TV room and working area. We like to receive our guests in person, however, we give them their space so they can enjoy.
We are always available on the cell phone in case they need anything. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, with a lot of security. It is surrounded by shopping centers and is close to everything.
There is a taxi site in one of the shopping centers and several bus lines.
