The location is great. The place is big. Needs updating. Both bathroom sinks drain very slowly. Very basic amenities. The floor was quite dirty so we had to clean it. It was not a very good experience for us as our guest was disabled and we had to climb three fights of stairs because the elevator was out for the two weeks we stayed. good response from the host until we asked to be relocated to a first floor or money reimbursed so we could find another place on the first floor or with a working elevator.

End of summer
We enjoyed our stay it was absolutely perfect for all of us. Very close to the beach plenty of room location couldn’t have been better. The property managers were easy to get in touch with with any questions we had. We will definitely be renting this place again.
