We rented Bungalow A for a month. When checking in noticed there were no broom or dust pan or any cleaning supplies. One sponge. This has never been the case on other vrbo we have rented. Our coffee pot was broken , missing some screens in windows and the screened porch had not been cleaned also had a hole at base which we put a piece of cardboard in to keep little animals out. I reached out to rental agency and Leslie was quick to have a broom and dust pan and coffee pot as well as dishwasher pods delivered. The cleaning people were supposed to come and clean window sills which all were
filthy. No one ever came. We just left windows mostly shut and one’s opened, I cleaned. We also had a family of raccoons who played in our garbage can one night. We contacted Leslie again to make her aware. We understand we have woods around and there will be animals. It was weird to see the raccoons during the day though and uncomfortable to have little feet prints on back patio😆.
Positive note, inside bungalow has been updated and was very comfortable. We had our son and his 2 children come and stay for 4 days and all were very comfortable. Location was perfect! Walking to beach easy and biked and walked to parks, and restaurants.
