Secluded Bayside Gem with Spectacular Views!!!!

Reservations for this property have to be in full week intervals Sat-Sat check in /out. During peak season Jan-April we do not accept any reservation with children of any age.

Enjoy watching nature from your enclosed terrace which gives you the option of sliding open the doors for refreshing bay breezes or keep it closed for the cool A/C as you watch the wildlife like Dolphins, Manatees, pelicans and many more right from the terrace.
Just a 3-4 minute drive to some of the best beaches in Florida or stay home and enjoy the beautiful heated pool with amazing bay views.
Time to explore the area? Take advantage of the many restaurants on the Key or take a short drive to St. Armand's Circle for amazing boutique shops and restaurants or Bridge Street for a laid back Key West feel with its waterfront restaurants and bars. Our host Nikki was fabulous! She answered all our questions and made things so easy for us, giving us all the information we needed. We had a great vacation and loved our unit! Excellent property (on the Bay) with everything needed for a very nice LBK stay. Quiet. Easy to relax but close to a lot of activity and several very good restaurants.

We fell in love with the screened lanai.... Never even used the main living space as this outdoor space was exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful condo, great location, some of the cutest decorating tidbits I have seen and very comfortable. Even had a up close encounter with several Manatee down at the dock!!! The privacy of this location was idealic!!!

This is our 3rd or 4th year coming to this property. And each year we stay longer and longer. We absolutely love it. The property manager, Nikki, is wonderful. The condo is clean. The layout is wonderful. The decor is extremely beautiful. We live there is an enclosed sundeck as well as a small outdoor space as well. We eat each meal in the sun deck and every morning drink our coffee watching the beautiful boats and birds. It feels like home away from home.

Nikki’s condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed everything there! Saw 2 eagles in tree on property, swimming pool & hot tub were wonderful to use at end of the day. Coquina Beach is short drive away. Would definitely love to come back & escape WI winters! Thank you!
