E1903 Gulf Front - Great View - Lg. Flat screen TV's

E1903 is a fully furnished two bedroom large floor plan that sleeps six people max with it's spacious 1289 sq. feet floor plan.

The living room has a full size leather sofa that has a lounger at one end and a built in recliner at the other end, the second full size leather sofa has a sleeper sofa, there is a large 72" flat screen TV great for watching your favorite football games, basic cable. The living room/ dining room combo has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony so you can see the most incredible direct view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The dining area includes a table that seats a total of six (4 chairs and a bench that seats 2) a bar area that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped & renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel major appliances and new cabinets. It has all small appliances needed along with a 12-cup coffee maker and a K-Cup coffee maker.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full tiled bathroom with a walk in shower with built in seat and hand held shower head, a large 65"flat screen TV with basic cable, a leather recliner to relax and what your favorite movie, a bench and an additional occasional chair. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, another large flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and handheld shower head (and a shower chair in closet for anyone who may need it).

Unit is tiled throughout the unit. The unit has a stack washer/dryer.

Patio furniture consist of reclining lounge chair, two PVC glider rockers with table between them, a high top table with two high top chairs.

View-Faces the water, it is slightly angled to the East with a slight view of the end of the pool as shown in the pictures
