Nautical Acres - Private 1 bd Cottage On Beautiful Acreage 250m to Beach Access

Our guest cottage shares our well maintained 1.88 acre property and we are nearby if you need anything. The property backs onto the tall trees of the protected Little Qualicum River Estuary. We are a short 3 minute walk to the stunning Qualicum Beach shore where whales, sea lions and seals can be seen and heard depending on the day. There are daily visits from wildlife like eagles, bunnies and deer.

BBQ on the patio under the strung patio lights, with table, chairs and propane fire-bowl. It is a relaxing, restful space after a beach day, shopping, sampling local cuisine, chasing waterfalls or adventuring. We are centrally located so bring your bikes, paddle boards or kayaks for your adventures.

Our well appointed accommodations come with a comfortable large king-size bed, an extra pull-out sofa-bed in living room. With one bedroom it may be best suited for 2 people - but can accommodate 1-2 more with pullout couch option in the living room. The kitchen has a 2 burner induction cooktop, air fryer, toaster over, apartment size fridge and freezer.

We had a fantastic stay at Nautical Acres. Great location close to the beach. Very secluded and private, this gem was all we could ask for. Our family of four fit comfortably. A little gem of a place. Beach area lovely with very little traffic. The host is very thoughtful with the supplies she provided such as coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and pepper, foil, etc. a great place to relax. Very comfortable like home. Amenities close by.

Perfect gettaway

Was the perfect spot for my kids and I to visit family and sightsee. Easy walk to the beach and easy driving distance to local attractions. The outdoor space is a lovely bonus and I appreciated the promptness and attentiveness of the hosts. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property close to the beach

Absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin is very well stocked, with everything from salt/pepper to coffee and even some games for the kids. The king sized bed is a treat as well. Very close walk to the shore, and a delightful beach with plenty of wildlife close by. Close to Qualicum Beach and Parksville is a short drive away. The property owner was very nice and helpful as well.

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach

The check in instructions were clear, the place has everything we need as bd the bed very comfortable. It’s close to the beach and just a few minutes drive to town and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the bunnies roaming around our place. The only minor issue is that the water from the shower is quite weak and without a handheld, it was a bit difficult to use and wash off the soap.
