Enjoy a premium location just across the road from Surfers Beach and just meters to Cavill Ave. This 3 bedroom retreat easily caters for your ideal Gold Coast getaway needs. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

All prices include a general clean prior to arrival and an exit clean on departure.

⭐️ Please note that the living areas do not have block out blinds or curtains and this is where additional guests are accommodated on Sofa Beds or Rollaway Beds.
✅ Key collection is from our office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right in to the walk way next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check in is from 3 pm. Our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Sunday.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

Beware Look Elsewhere

Inaccurate photos of level 2 room 206. Mouldy air conditioners,filty floor fan, windows rusted open for the insects, street noise and weather to come in. Cockroaches on the floor, balcony and benchtops. One shower smelled so bad we didn't use it. Tiles falling (and some missing) off the wall. Broken light switches and exhaust fan hanging down from the ceiling. The kitchen table has the laminate bubbling up all over it like its had water damage in the past. We booked for three nights and only stayed for one until we found somewhere else to stay. Do not trust their marketing photos they are not accurate.
