This beautiful home is just a block and a half from Cooks Brook Beach on the Cape Cod Bay. As a matter of fact you can see the beach at the end of the street from the sidewalk of this property. Enjoy this beach and it's dramatic fiery sunsets, shimmering warm waters, and soft golden sand.

The home offers one-story living and boasts an incredible finished lower level with plenty of room for relaxation or a competitive game of pool. Enter this attractively decorated home to an open combination kitchen, dining area, and living room with high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors and high end appliances. There are two guest bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with one double bed and one twin bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub across the hall. The master bedroom has a new king bed and ensuite bathroom with a large jetted bathtub and separate step-in shower. (Note: some photos do not represent some furniture and decor updates)

The finished lower level is spacious and offers an additional family area with a new 77-inch flat screen Sony TV with Sonos sound system, and professional pool table.

There is an ample deck off the side of the house with outdoor lounge chairs and an electric awning to protect guest from a hot afternoon sun. The backyard has a patio with barbeque grill and picnic table. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

Location: Besides being only .4 of a mile from Cooks Brook Beach on the bay side is the Nauset Light Beach on the ocean side just 3 miles away. Coast Guard beach is 4 miles away. The Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center is 2.8 miles away. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is approximately 1.1 miles away via Nauset Road. Wiley Park (the back side of Great Pond) is 2.5 miles away. The Eastham Windmill is 3 miles away. The Wellfleet Cinemas, Drive-in, and Flea Market is 1.3 miles away and the Mass Audubon is a little further. Popular Eastham Restaurants and Shops are within two miles away and Orleans center is 6.5 miles away.
