Garratt Peninsula is a beautifully presented home with amazing views from all rooms. The open-plan living space leads seamlessly onto a large outdoor deck with dining, sitting area and spa pool. The outdoor area is ideal for taking in the amazing views of the sea and Onetangi Beach. With three large bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a self contained bedroom with bathroom on the lower floor, this house comfortably sleeps 8 people. It is in walking distance of the beach and the popular waterfront restaurants, a local shop is 1km away and it is within driving distance of the many wineries and attractions that Waiheke offers.
