The house boasts 4 bedroom/bathroom, ducted aircon, open-plan kitchen, multiple living areas, garden, outdoor deck with bbq and magnesium pool. This stylish house offers all the benefits and comforts of a 5-star accommodation. 1.5 km from the centre of Byron Bay, a stroll away from Tallows Beach and the Roadhouse cafe. The interior of this beachside residence gives off a sophisticated coastal feel. The spotted gum timber flooring paired with the white walls, pastel-coloured upholstery and sheets, woven furniture, create a beautiful contrast with a minimalist aesthetic.
Consisting of three living spaces, this home is the ideal holiday experience for a family. There is a living area with a wall-mounted smart tv on the upper and lower level and a family area that overlooks the outdoor deck and pool, where you can relax and soak it all in. All living rooms boast a comfortable sectional sofa and ceiling fan.
Designed to your satisfaction, Byron Bay Bliss has zoned air conditioning, four bedrooms with quality sheets and four bathrooms. There is a King-size bedroom with a walk-in closet, an en-suite, a balcony and a sheer and block curtain. From the balcony, you can appreciate the beautiful sunrise or help yourself to some wine at night-time while you unwind and watch the sunset. There are two Queen-size bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the first has an en-suite, and the second has a box window seat. The last bedroom contains two single beds and a built-in closet.
The entertainer's kitchen is fully-equipped to satisfy every need. It offers a gas cooktop, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, which is excellent for whipping up a feast or a quick meal. Also available is a dishwasher to automatically clean kitchenware and a full-sized double fridge to store food. Close to the kitchen is a large north-facing sunroom which has a dining and study area.
Relax, read a good book or watch the kids spend the whole day swimming in pool, heated in cooler months for year round enjoyment. The timber deck area is the perfect spot for family entertaining with a large undercover dining area. With barbeque and outdoor dining it's the perfect recipe for a fun family holiday . Near the deck area is the laundry room containing a washer, dryer and another bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guest access You will be contacted prior to your arrival to organise a time to meet the property manager. Other things to note BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 8pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance. SCHOOLIES INFO: We do accept schoolies bookings at this property but they will need to sign a list of rules (as per the rules already stated on this platform) to acknowledge compliance during their stay. A cash bond on $1,000 will be taken and returned in full if the rules have been adhered to and if there has been no damage to the property or it's contents. During the stay there will be a random on the spot visit from the property manager.

We had an incredible stay! The house was beautiful. It was super spacious, comfortable and spotless. The pool was such a bonus, we loved relaxing around that each afternoon. Lovely beach and national park close by and only a short drive to town.Joselle was great to deal with and had some good recommendations for us. Would 100% stay here again.
This place was amazing! It was so spacious and felt like a home away from home. The ocean and cafes were just a short walk away too. I highly recommend it and give it a 7⭐️star rating for its comfort and cleanliness.

We loved our stay here. The house was bigger than expected, which allowed lots of room for our teenagers to have their own space. Could definitely accommodate two families. Place was clean and well appointed. Great location close to a couple of cafes, but out of the main area, so nice and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Such a perfect getaway for our two families to enjoy BluesFest. The home was larger than we expected and provided more than we could have imagined. The attention to detail was so impressive, it left us not wanting to come home. So close to Tallows via a beautiful bush stroll and coffee just a few hundred metres away.
