The main floor spreads across a living room, a TV lounge room, a dining area, the kitchen area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is Airconditioned. All rooms expand on a large outdoor deck with stunning lush and sea views. The Top floor boasts a TV lounge room and gives access to a breathtaking deck.

The house is a stone throw away from the stunning National Park offering various walking paths to Tallow beach. Your feet hit the sand within less than 10 minutes. Clarkes Beach, Wategos and the centre of town are all within a few minutes drive.

Paia is still close to all the action whilst being set in an oasis making you feel far away from it all.
