Welcome to complete relaxation!! This remodeled spacious lake house sits on Fish Lake. There are lake views from every room in the house! Bring your boat to fish or venture around the lake and dock at the private pier just steps outside your door. Sit on the enclosed window lined porch and enjoy the beautiful lake in the evenings. Two kayaks & life vests are included. There is a country store close by for necessities. You're just 10 miles from LaPorte or North Liberty.

This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end road.
There is a paved road to the property. You will be able to fit 4 cars in the drive-way.
This property is a one level ranch style home. You enter into a small foyer with the kitchen to right and a half bath to the immediate left. There is a dining area just off the kitchen that offers enough seating for 6. There is an enclosed porch on the lake side of the home with seating. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
There is no other transit available in this area.
