Ski-in Ski-out condo with pool and hot tub! Located between Winter Park and MJ.

We think you are going to LOVE our Winter Park condo!!
-It's 60 steps to the slopes! Just walk out your door, grab your skiis, bikes or hiking gear and go!
-Brand new fully stocked kitchen and appliances and ready for you. You can even stop back in for lunch and be back on the mountain in no time.
-You and your kids will both love the pool and hot tubs! The pool is so warm you can swim in sub-zero temps while it snows on you.
-Walk, bike or ski to The Village at the base. The Village has shops, restaurants, and a Starbucks and you can walk, ski, or take the bus in under 10 minutes.
-Don't drive at all! You can take the Winter Park Ski Train to Winter Park from downtown Denver, and then the bus all around town. No need for a car, but if you brought one there is FREE garage parking for one vehicle.
-Rent mountain biking gear right in the village and try out the Trestle bike park.
-Rent your skiis downstairs! There is a Ski Depot on the main floor of our building. NO need to ship or haul gear.
-Don't want to ski? You can walk to the Winter Park tubing hill or to the Village. Other winter sports are available to you including Snowshoeing, snowmobiling, shopping, spas, and festivals.
-In the summer there is mountain biking right at the base as well as excursions and activities all over the mountain.
-Our property has everything you need for you and your family. Our unit is fully stocked with fluffy towels, bath robes, hair dryer, plenty of utensils and cookware, bedding and a cozy fireplace. We also have a pack and play, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and new smart TV's. There is a great work out room and game room in the building, and Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and HBO. Use the media center, take a dip in the pool or hot tubs, get a massage, and RELAX!

We loved our stay on the slopes and the amenities of this rental, especially the ski rental and ski lockers. The property manager was attentive and has the place well-stocked for a short stay. Will definitely come back!

Amazing location, amazing stay

First time staying in this unit and hopefully not the last. Amazing vacation rental! One of the best if not best one bedroom unit we have stayed in at the Iron Horse Resort. The design and amenities throughout the unit made it feel larger and very comfortable for our family of five. Hope to be back next year!

Excellent place

We would rent again, very clean, had everything we needed, great location and great communication. For skiing, being on the 5th floor is at the same level as the ski run and is right out the back door. This condo unit is absolutely the best location for skiing.

Perfect location perfect cozy condo

Condo was perfect. Very comfortable with queen bed, Murphy bed and bunk beds. Location of condo was prime right by the elevator right by the slopes and on the perfect floor. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every afternoon/evening. Thank you Megan for the cutest coziest set up! Can not wait till our next visit! We will for sure stay here again!

We’ve stayed in several units in Ironhorse and this was by far the most spacious and comfortable! We also really appreciated how quickly the owner responded when we reached out with questions. Clean and well appointed. It’s an older building, but the updated interior was a treat.

Lovely spot. Great communication. Amazing access to slopes! The bunk beds are skinny single so a little small for our strong 20yo sons but it all worked out well for 4 of us. Really appreciate the host too!

Great experience staying at the condo

We had a great time staying at Megan's condo! We had trouble getting in but she responded very quickly even late at night. TY Megan! The place is really close to a traverse where you can quickly boot up and ride down to the gondola. Would def stay here again!

First Trip to Winter Park

This was our first ski trip to Winter Park. We were very happy with our condo. The building itself is older, but our condo was beautifully updated and maintained. It was well stocked with towels, spices, and dishes. It was especially nice being on the 5th floor and just walking out our door and being able to get right on the trail run down to the gondola. We will definitely be back and will stay here again. The only downside is our 4Runner wouldn’t fit in the garage with the luggage carrier on top, so we had to park outside.

Great Condo

We loved our stay in the condo. Everything was great and we easily fit our family of 5. The only thing I wish we knew was that in order to be a ski-in, you have to be able to ski blues/blacks. We are a green only ski family so we could only ski-out. But thankfully there was a shuttle to bring us back! Overall an amazing stay and wonderful condo.

Home away from home

The apartment was very well furnished. The kitchen had everything you’d expect and have back home. It was not a bare minimal rental. It definitely did not feel cheap, it was very homey. I wish more rentals had this level of hospitality and care for the people coming to enjoy their space.

Ski vacation

Our family of 4 enjoyed our Winter Park ski vacation. -easy access to the cat track from the condo level -nice little walk to the Winter Park base/village -update condo and enough space for family of 4 with all the kitchen amenities. Could use more storage for clothing and food items. -nice game room for the teenagers -enjoyed the hot tub/pool -shared washer/dryer in building with coin machine or can use credit card. -comfortable mattresses. Our boys slept on the Murphy bed and pull out couch. -comfy condo and we would stay here again :)

Great condo

Great place. Clean, comfortable for the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 kids). Lots of towels. Nice gym and pool. Quiet. Just be aware that the ski in requires you to take blue or black runs from Mary Jane. I didn’t realize this and made the huge mistake of renting our equipment from the rental company on site. Nothing wrong with the company itself, but it was a huge pain in the rear to deal with schlepping our skis down and back everyday, even on the last day when we were checked out already. Last year when we stayed elsewhere we rented equipment from the resort and it made a huge difference to be able to leave the heavy stuff down there.

The cutest condo ever

My family and my mom stay in this condo in December and we really liked it. We didn’t know much about the area and not very knowledgeable at skiing but if you can ski it is really a ski in ski out the back door. Love the fact that had a Murphy bed and bunk beds. We are definitely going to comeback and book this condo if it available again.

We are from Colorado and have always loved the mountains and in particular Winter Park. We take our families to the mountains year round and have always wanted a place up there that we could call home. We are excited to share this beautiful mountain town with you and your family!

We chose this property because it has everything we need to have a great vacation with our kids! The convenience of ski-in/out and the pool for the kids; the summer activities and Trestle biking as well as the gorgeous scenery will keep our entire family visiting year round. The people in Winter Park are truly some of the nicest and most down to earth you will find anywhere.

What makes this property unique

Of all the places you can choose to stay in Winter Park, we think this is the best spot because you can ski-in and out, there's a pool for the kids and you can walk to all the fun in the village year round! There is skiing and snowboarding, hiking, biking, tubing, swimming, shopping and dining all right there. The free parking is a great bonus and being able to stop back in for lunch helps families cut costs when they are skiing.
Our unit in particular is beautifully renovated with everything chosen both for style and convenience. Your kids will LOVE the cool bunk beds, and you can relax with a glass of wine by the beautiful fire as you watch people ski by out the window. It just doesn't get any better than that!
