We loved the location and the quaintness of the Little Red Cottage. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large sofa in the evenings to relax and have conversation. We used the dining table every day to play board games and share meals. It was a great little place so close to everything we wanted to do. The beach on Assateague was clean and relaxing. Chincoteague was a great location making it easy to take days trips to the other little towns nearby. We hope to return again.

Great location and space for Pony Swim weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the little red cottage. It was the perfect location to explore the restaurants and shops on Main Street and Maddox and also have access to the shuttle stop for the Pony Swim. Our family had a great time. The space was a perfect home base for the weekend's activities. A couple of recommendations for the host: Would recommend weeding a bit more to improve the aesthetic of the home and dusting a bit more under the main furniture. We had a 1 year old crawling around so we had to do some additional sweeping. There was also a grill and fire pit in the original pictures which did not seem to be available.
