This historic island home is immaculate! Tucked away on a private lane with a large screened porch overlooking a lovely yard. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your beach vacation! Remodeled kitchen and bath, new laundry room, spacious living room and open front porch with distant views of Oyster Bay.. Wonderful Stay in Hancock House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a delightful stay in Chincoteague! The weather was perfect for swimming and biking and the house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very well appointed. Management was helpful and very upbeat. We particularly enjoyed learning about the history of Mr. Miles Hancock, decoy carver and market hunter and visited his workshop at the Museum. Ocean, ponies and seafood, who could want anything more!
