This modern 1000 sf walkout garden suite has everything, including bicycles! Furnished in a modern style with comfortable leather furniture, gas fireplace, audio/visual system - 55 inch 4K smart TV and surround sound. The kitchen has up to date appliances and is completely outfitted. There is a built in desk for convenience of those doing work while vacationing. The private, covered patio has a year round barbecue and patio furniture. You’ll find the bedroom is a dream with king size bed and large closet with comfy bath robes. The bathroom has heated tile floor, 2 sinks, separate tub and shower. There is free off street parking and a separate entrance, to make you feel at home. This is a wonderful getaway suitable for one person or a couple. Non smokers only, please. Close to Vic General Hospital, Royal Roads, CFB Esquimalt and the Galloping Goose cycling and walking trail. Thetis Lake is also close by. NOTE: cleaning fee is included in the price.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. Host very nice and helpful. Pictures of property very accurate. Would recommend this property to anyone. Our stay could not have been better!!!

Close to everything

The home was as listed, clean and had everything needed. The host communicated well and ensured we had what was needed. We would definitely consider this home again.
