Guests love the central location, just steps from the ski school, gear shops, cozy fire pits, and popular restaurants.

Spanning 1,200 square feet, this beautifully appointed condo includes a full kitchen, inviting dining and living area with gas fireplace, and all the comforts of home. The primary bedroom features a king bed plus a twin, while the second bedroom offers two twin-over-full bunk beds—accommodating up to 9 guests comfortably. Enjoy thoughtful touches like air conditioning for summer stays, a wine/beverage fridge, complimentary Wi-Fi, a steam sauna in the master bath, and your own washer and dryer.

A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay:
~ Direct to Condo check-in. Just complete a quick pre-arrival form to receive your personalized door code.
~ Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional services are available with advance notice—please contact our Guest Services team at least two weeks before arrival for pricing and setting up housekeeping appointment.
~ Parking is included in the underground garage (Lowell Building), with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not provided. You'll find your parking pass on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

This property was really nice and very clean. It is also within walking distance to the alpine slide and coaster and zip line. The property management staff were also very responsive to our questions and needs.

Great place for a family of seven

The location is great. Just steps to the slopes and plenty of rental options. The property consists of several different buildings, so parking and the pool were in different buildings with different codes, which was a little confusing at first. Once we learned our way around, things got easier. The condo itself was spacious and exactly as pictured. Cute little cubbies to store skis and equipment, upgraded bathrooms, and nice open kitchen and living room area. We had a great time!

Great Location but had some draw backs

The condo is in an amazing location right at the heart of the Park City Mountain Resort. Easy to get to all of the fun activities. In the condo itself, the water was either hot or warm, there was no cold. The bunk beds were extremely noisy with squeaks that could be heard throughout the entire condo since the master bedroom shared a wall. I was worried that the dining room table would not be big enough to do a puzzle on, our favorite activity when in the condo, but it was just big enough. Overall this place wasn't our favorite. There are many other places that offer the same amenities without the squeaks and tepid water.
