Beach House

This house was steps to the beach, the heated pool was very comfortable after spending time in the ocean. The house is also bulletproof, everything is concrete. Each room has their own mini-splits for heat/AC. Wasn’t the most 1 year old friendly with all the concrete and stairs, but if your kids are old enough to use stairs, then no worries

Great Location

The construction of this house is awesome. We loved the location and really enjoyed the private pool after being in the heat all day.

Great beach getaway

The house had the perfect layout for our group of friends to cook, hang out and play games all in the same room while we enjoyed the ocean view. The house had everything we needed, even a dutch oven! It also had some heavy duty doors that did a great job sealing in the cool air. The beach is just a quick walk over the dunes so we did not need a golf cart and could easily walk back and forth as needed. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in/out was nice and simple. Definitely plan to stay here again when we visit Port A!

Fantastic Beach Home!

Pictures do not do this place justice! Breath taking views from the third floor of the home. Property is in a great location, was super clean, had a fantastic layout and setup for a family visit. Decor was beautiful, instructions were clear. We stayed here with my parents, husband and three kids (6, 3, 5 months). Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great weekend in Port Aransas

The property was very clean and extremely close to the beach. The house is very modern, has a ton of amenities and everything you will need for your stay. The only issue which was resolved quickly was we had no service on our phones and I did not save the check in information so we could not initially get in the house. I was able to get service and get a hold of the owners who answered promptly and assisted me. This did not change our experience. Awesome views from the patios, everyone had a restroom, tvs throughout the house, and fun things to do like games, ping pong, beach toys, etc. We would book again and recommend to others.
