Spend the day sightseeing, or lounge beside the Gulf - just 93 steps from the beach! (Yep - we counted them!) After a day at the beach, an outside shower is available at the base of the stairs. Enjoy 360 panoramas from the second-floor cupola, or soak up the sun on the wraparound balcony.

Great for groups, a large open living space with lovely vaulted ceilings and Gulf vistas, serves as the social heart of the home. Two large pull-out sofas and armchairs provide ample seating for a movie night on the TV. Or gather around the coffee table for a night of laughs and board games. Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
