Our pool was installed in 2016 and has a waterfall, bubbler and sunning ledge that is great for little ones to play and large enough for adults to enjoy in their lounge chair. It has a very large outside patio area with table and lounge chairs and gas grill.

The kitchen is well equipped with a glass top stove/oven and dishwasher. There is an abundance of cute dishes and good quality cookware. You'll find all small appliances including Keurig and drip coffee makers. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis water purifier at the kitchen sink and ice maker. Use pure water for cooking and drinking while you're there.

Two bedrooms and two large bathrooms on main level. Upstairs one bedroom, another large bathroom, and 4th bedroom/loft with 2 queen futons, single futon, and closet with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has either queen or king bed AND queen futon. All three bathrooms are roomy with oversized shower with shower hose for bathing the little ones, plenty of countertop space, linen shelves, and long sitting bench. Ceiling fans in every room, wood floors throughout and tiled baths.
