We loved the location of the property. All the beauty of old Quebec City was within walking distance from the condo. The street the property was on was a bustling street with many restaurants, bars, and cafes. Across the street there was a grocery store and a pharmacy. As for the establishment itself. It was good but not great, beds were comfortable and the bathtub was clean. The plug to use in the bathroom did not work. I informed the homeowner who told us they would have there handyman arrive to fix it. This individual did not show up. When we arrived I always check the stove to make sure it works, which it did. I was just surprised it looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. We only used the top elements and never the oven. One major point for this condo is that it comes with laundry inside the suite and parking. We took full advantage of both. These two extras were a huge bonus. Overall we worked with the condo and its quirks and we did enjoy the location of the establishment. A few tweaks inside and this site will be used for many years to come. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your property.
