This Kiawah Island vacation rental sleeps 4, offers lagoon views, is in close proximity to Kiawah's award-winning Roy Barth Tennis Center, and is a 10-minute walk to the beach.

This second-floor Tennis Club villa features a one-story layout with ample natural light and hardwood flooring. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a TV, a cozy reading nook, and lagoon views. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and offers ample counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area offers lagoon views and ample seating for your whole party.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, ample closet space, and lagoon views. The private primary bathroom offers a spacious double-sink vanity and a shower and bathtub combination.

Quiet retreat

The Villa was beautiful! Beds were comfy and furniture was very nice. Had everything we needed and was such a nice retreat. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Beautiful condo with lots of light. Private and nice views of the pond. Check-in and Check-out was very convenient. We appreciated the rental credit and regular communication from Akers Ellis via text. Perfect location, immediate to tennis center and Sanctuary.

4 night getaway

Condo was very clean and well equipped/furnished. Only two complaints.......#1 AC unit was a little noisy. #2 Sheets were rough. I would stay here again but would bring my own sheets.

Great Location + Missing Some Basics

This unit is in a great location, has lovely views of one of the ponds and ped bridges out back, has comfortable places to sit, and was very clean. However, it was missing some basics: - Tea kettle (not everyone drinks coffee) - Smart TV for streaming movies (so at least we could have logged into our own streaming services) - Towel racks in the bathrooms (hooks are not very effective for drying towels) - A dresser in the smaller bedroom (there is plenty of room and the 2-drawer bedside tables were entirely insufficient, plus not everyone wants to live out of their suitcase while on vacation or have to leave it on the floor becasue only one luggage stand was provided) - More hangers in the closets (especially since there was no dresser in the smaller bedroom) - More pillow options for sleeping (we opted to put pillow cases on the couch pillows for sleeping because the bed pillows were entirely too full/thick to be an option) - No decorative bed pillows or a place to store them (while lovely, there was no place to put them except on the floor) - Readily accessible outlets for charging devices (many table lamps now come with USB ports) Two other comments: - The shower in the smaller bathroom needs some plumbing TLC. - Consider removing the shutters on the living room windows. They are lovely.... EXCEPT when you want to enjoy the beautiful view. Even though they can be opened, opening one set of shutters prevents the opening of the adjacent set.
