Your next vacation awaits at Nicklaus Hideaway! This sunny south west facing, private 3,326 sq. ft. villa is perfectly located overlooking the 8th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. The family will enjoy every minute of their vacation with a games room, private pool, spillover spa, and more. This is what you call the perfect family vacation.

Nicklaus Hideaway is a 5 bed 5.5 bath villa with classical furniture package, open floor plan with kitchen, living, and dining area. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The open floor plan lets you enjoy all the family under one roof. Whether it's preparing a meal for all or just even hanging out in the living area, the family will have a blast. As you make your way to the patio area, you will have beautiful views of your private pool and spill over spa as well as a fenced in garden where the little ones can burn the vacation energy! Grill up some hot dogs and burgers on the BBQ and sit down and eat at the outdoor table for 6 or sofa seating for 4.

As you make your way up to the second floor, you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms as well as the entertainment loft. The loft area has a comfortable sofa seating and a poker table with seating for 6. The 2 master suites feature a king-sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and one will have access to private patio balcony. Bedroom 4 and 5 feature two twin sized beds in each, TV, and ensuite bathroom.

The home is located in the prestigious Reunion Resort where you will be within a few short miles from Orlando's major attractions.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
