Birubi Blue is a cozy, single level, fully fenced, 3-bedroom Beach House in prime location, air conditioned, affordable, easily accessible property with stylish furnishings. A casual 200m stroll will have you dipping your toes in the salt water of Birubi Rock Pools & then beyond to the magnificent Birubi Beach. Relax to the sounds of the crashing surf under the Southern Cross at this beautifully maintained home, surrounded by a lush garden oasis and all the convenience of modern day living at your fingertips.

Birubi Blue is a 3-bedroom house, recently refurbished with plenty of free parking spaces and room for a boat. Bedding for a maximum of 7 (six adults and one child). Master bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a tri-bunk (double below and single on top suitable for a child only). Big screen smart TV’s are located in the lounge room and two bedrooms. Outdoor under cover BBQ area complete with a modern table and chairs setting. Fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops. Centrally located bathroom with a shower, stand-alone bath and separate toilet. There is an outdoor shower to help wash away the sand after a big day at the beach.

You will have full access to the entire home and amenities.

Birubi Blue Beach House is a perfect spot to easily access the Tomaree Coastal Walk, stretching 27km from Birubi Beach to Tomaree Head. For the golfing enthusiast, the area is spoilt for choice, with Horizons and Pacific Dunes both spectacular 18-hole championship courses, and Nelson Bay Golf Course boasting an impressive 27-hole course.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach. The host was highly communicative and made everything seamless. we would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get away.

It really is a very beautiful house where the entire family has something to do. It is exceptionally thought through and it seems like there is everything in the house that is necessary for a good family holiday

Our stay at the Birubi Blue beach house was very relaxing and everything we need was there. So good to have a rice cooker in the house that we needed. All the necessities were there to make you feel at home. Max our dog loved the front yard and the beach. Short walk to the beach, great food and coffee round the corner. The sunsets were amazing every time we walked to the beach. The drive on the beach was fantastic and the boys loved driving the RC cars on the side of the beach. We will be back, such a good fine we made some happy memories. Thanks Sam and Wayne.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was fabulous and the amenities were great, we had everything we needed, only drawback was we ran out of toilet paper lol but the shops are so close it wasn't a problem also maybe a couple more hand towels would have been great.Thank you so muchVictoria
