About this property

Come and reconnect by the river. Connect to your self, to loved ones, and to nature.

Enjoy our cabins hot tub year round by the river. We have an out door fire pit which is available seasonally depending on restrictions set by the province which we follow strictly.

We provide everything you need so you do not need to bring a lot with you. From towels to comfortable bed linens. A well stocked kitchen with cook wear and basic spices. Griddles, blender, baby bottle warmer, rice cooker and more. Our oven has an air fryer function.

For kids we have a pack n play crib and a few toys both inside and out.

Truly relax in our cozy cabin without a long drive from the city. Located near Manning Park, 15 minutes to the slopes and Lightening Lake. This cabin provides year round fun. The manning park area is full of hiking trails, biking, swimming, sledding, snow shoeing, ski and snowboarding.

We do not allow parties. We are a quiet community full of people who love adventure and the beauty of nature. We do NOT allow bachelor or bachelorette parties. If you want to throw a loud rowdy party please do not pick us. We have cameras on our exterior front and back of property. Our property is on Well water and septic.
Well behaved pets are welcome. Our neighbouring properties have pets as well.
We do not provide garbage removal so be prepared to bring it with you.
Fires are a concern in our community, we follow all of the regulations set out by the province for fires. Indoor fires are not permitted

Thanks for staying with us! Checkout time is 11:00. Here are some notes Please strip sheets only, leave duvet covers and matters protectors ON. Bring to laundry hamper. Unplug oil heaters and fans
Make sure propane from BBQ is off Do not leave any dirty dishes. Run dish washer. Take all garbage and recycling with you Lock all doors and windows. send host a message once you have left.
Please put USED towels to laundry room and put in appropriate basket Make sure hot tub is on and lid is securely on , in the winter months the tub will freeze and break if not properly kept hot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet after 11:00pm be respectful of our neighbours. No smoking. Reasonable volume of music. Three night minimum on long weekends Pack it in and out
NO INDOOR FIRES PERMITTED. Outdoor fires allowed in accordance with community restrictions set by govt. We have an outdoor propane fire place.

It’s a terrific location, pleasant inside, cozy bedrooms, all mod cons and great value. Access to the loft area is not easy for senior citizens, but doable.

Fun Getaway

We had a great stay. The home was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with the things we needed. I can’t wait to come back in spring or summer to enjoy the river as well.

Peaceful River Getaway

We had an awesome stay here! So much fun playing in the river with the kids during the day and nice and relaxing with the hot tub after they went to bed. 10/10 would recommend!

Cute Cabin on the River!

We had a great weekend getting away from the hustle and bustle of life! We loved the hot tub on the river, the large dining area, ample parking, and ease of communication. We will definitely go back again!

Lovely cabin in the wood

Lovely cozy cabin only 20min away from Manning Ski Area. It's wonderful, quiet and has everything you can hope for relaxing, cooking and having a good time. We will be back!

Awesome cabin on the river

Place was great, majestic with the fire on the river and hot tub going, home was cozy/ host was really helpful with everything. My only complaint, to many board games to chose from so played mafia ;) Highly recommend this place, just try and keep it a secret so I can book it again

Winter get a way

This was a great place to stay for 2 families having a get together after Christmas, plenty of room for adults and big teenagers. It’s a great space to socialize in, really appreciated all the board games that were available to use. The hot tub was a hit, my favourite thing was being able to fit everyone around the table for dinner and play games, thanks for a great stay

Beautiful

This property was amazing! We had a great experience and lovely stay. Highly enjoyed the hot tub and river view. Did a cold plunge in the river which was amazing! My dog enjoyed the little swim area of the river without current as well! Jasmine responded quickly and answered all questions promptly! Wish the sauna was working but no big deal! Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place. And extra points for it being pet friendly!

Eastgate Getaway

We had a great time at this property. Really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the hot tub, and appreciated the fully supplied kitchen along with the host's personalized welcome. It was hard to tell from the descriptions and photos that 6 of the sleeping options were in one loft, with an additional ground floor bedroom and another loft with 2 beds. We would stay again!

Picturesque and cozy cabin on the river

The place was super clean upon arrival. Communicating with the owner was super quick and easy. The pictures don’t do this place justice , it is so much cuter on the inside and even more beautiful on the outside. Being right on the river is so calming and quiet. Such a great place to hang out with family, lots of space outside to sit and the added bonus of a hot tub! Would 100 percent stay here again .

Perfect Paradise

This was a fantastic place. I almost didn't want to write a review as I wanted to keep the place to myself!! The place checks all the boxes for me. Privacy, awesome setting, awesome house, nice deck and a perfect hot tub. They even have a telescope for star gazing. Loved the nice little path down to a swimming hole steps from the deck. The kids loved the little hideaway beds located above the dining room. The kitchen had a wide variety of kitchen appliances and all the tools you need for preppping those meals that we enjoyed on the deck dining area. We loved our stay here and will return next year!!! Thanks Jasmine !!!

Rejuvinating for body and soul!

Everything was wonderful! Our dogs and I loved wading in the creek. The sound of the water rushing by and the scenery from the back yard really did help us connect to ourselves and each other. We enjoyed the new hot tub and back deck. The beds were comfortable. Children will likely be delighted by the third bedroom which is accessed by a small hidden ladder in the ceiling of the dining room. The house is clean with a very well stocked kitchen. We had no problem with wifi or cell service. The host responds quickly to questions and has been very helpful about returning some items we forgot there. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
