The property offers one queen bed, built in robe, bathroom with a shower over the bath, comfortable living area with 3 seater couch, wall mounted TV complete with Netflix, dining table with two chairs which is perfect for meals or as a work space, open plan kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and everything you need for a fantastic stay.
To top it off there is also a split system heater/air-conditioner, communal laundry on-site (coin operated), unlimited Wi-Fi and guests will have use of the off street car space at the rear of the building, and best of all the car space is free!

You will have exclusive access to the whole of the apartment with your own off street car space.
Although we won't be available in person we are here to assist at anytime throughout your stay if you reach out via the booking platform
The property is located on a quiet street just off Bridge Road, near the Punt Road end. It is a quiet & peaceful street (even though the apartment is next door to a pub!)
The property is located 600m from Richmond Train Station.
There are also multiple tram stops on Bridge Road 100m from the building entrance.
Ubers & Taxi's are also readily available.
Everything in Richmond is walking distance and public transport options are readily available.
The building has communal laundry facilities which guests are welcome to use, coin operated.
There are three flights of stairs to access the apartment - the building does not have a lift.
The apartment has a 50L hot water unit so we recommend shortened showers at this property (if more than one guest)
The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover and 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
Please note our check in and check out times are strict, 10am check out and 3pm check in. We also do not offer luggage storage at this property.
There are 12 apartments in this complex so we ask that you are mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
Our property is 100% smoke free zone. If you wish to smoke please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Do not smoke near open doors or windows, to ensure the smoke doesn’t come into the property. If we need to deep clean the property due to a breach of these rules a $500 fee will be charged.
