Everything worked
The most important things were awesome. No mold, no critters and the central air worked great. Oh and the owner of the property responds in a reasonable amount of time.
NOT THE PRETTIEST NEIGHBORHOOD, but the property inside and out was clean and taken care of. my favorite thing: the neighboor behind the property lightly blasting his music for his neighbors to enjoy, but he was playing live grateful dead recordings!!! sitting out on the back porch at night was so relaxing

Nice place that fit our needs
Overall the house was nice and clean. It’s located in a little older neighborhood. The house is located at the end of the street so pretty private with easy on street parking. No issues checking in and owner checked in to see how everything was going. Overall place met our needs. It could have used some additional items like cooking pans for the over. Bedroom #1 could use a larger bed.

Charming Little House!
This is a charming little house in a quiet neighborhood. It comfortably slept myself and my 3 teenage children, although one of us did have to sleep on the couch being that it was a full size bed in the second bedroom and I forgot to bring an air mattress. This would easily accommodate a family of 4 with smaller children though. The host does an excellent job with providing plenty of linens and cleaning supplies for your stay. Check in was super easy and no issues with our stay at all. The house was very clean and loved the welcome gift and sweet note we received upon arrival. I would highly recommend this place and gladly rate it five stars!!

From the owner: "Thank you, Jennifer, for the thoughtful and wonderful comment. I am glad you and your teenagers enjoyed your stay. It is a lot for teenagers to do in the surrounding area. Moreover, the second bedroom has plenty of room for an air mattress. I hope you all come back to visit!"

Had to pay full price for a canceled trip due to weather
No refund policy. Bummer.
Also looked at the area after getting the address - it's not in a favorable area or neighborhood. I wouldn't have picked this place if I knew what the neighborhood was actually like.
The house was clean and decorated very cute. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. I would recommend bringing an air mattress if planning on having more than 3 teenage-adult guests. There is a full size bed and two twin beds, which fit 3 teenagers comfortably.
Check-in process was very simple, and we loved our welcome gift and note we received upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, and I liked that the house was at the end of the street. The neighborhood was a little run-down, but we are not familiar with the area, so that is on us. Loved the little black marsh crabs running the streets and yard freely, we thought they were adorable.
Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable guesthouse close to the beach and the Historical Triangle as we were.
