PROPERTY DETAILS
The beautiful town house has car port parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is available directly in front of the property.

Entry into the property for the duration of your visit, is via key pad on the door, allowing you quick and easy access. The code for the key pad will be sent to you prior to your visit.

The town house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Double Bed
(Accommodation for 6 guests)

The town house is open, airy, clean, modern, air-conditioned lounge room, tastefully decorated and newly furnished throughout.

We are a pet friendly property. As such we ask that your pet is not allowed on any furniture, carpeted areas or beds and that you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. 1 Dog that is allowed are only 8kg or less.

A very large outdoor undercover verandah has both dining and lounge areas that overlooks the garden and stunning water views beyond. The entire back yard is fenced with a secure fence, that will contain your pet, small children, or spouse.

The kitchen has all accessories, including fridge, oven, cook top, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

Parking is in the carport.

We have a gas BBQ that is on the back verandah, that you can use throughout your stay.

This truly is a property with the perfect location for you to relax, unwind, walk, stroll, to the kilometres of unspoiled beach close by.

- 4 minute drive to Kawana Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops

The lounge/dining/kitchen area is air conditioned, with ceiling overhead fans in all of the bedrooms.

A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.

We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.

The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean. if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/cigarette smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) these will all be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

We are a pet property and expect that owners clean up after their pets. You will be levied additional cleaning fees if there is additional cleaning, or damage from your beloved pet.

Guests have sole and complete access to the property and yard.

Great location on the riverfront. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Great communication as well. Sitting out on the covered area drinking coffee in the morning while watching the river go by was amazing. Would recommend.
