The place worked out great for us. Although we spent most of our time on the water when we were there is was nice. We were able to back the boat in the garage and for us that was a big plus.

Nice a quiet place ,

We enjoyed our stay , working with Teri was really nice and she was very helpful when I had a few questions. Definitely a small town and it’s right by the water. We would come back and stay here again!

Basecamp for Lake Adventures

We had a great weekend in Algoma. This was our first time visiting the Peninsula. The hosts provided those little touches to make for a very comfortable stay, and they proactively communicated with us prior to arrival. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet not too far from the lake. We enjoyed riding our bikes downtown, to the lake front, and on the Ahnapee State Trail. We slept well each night and woke refreshed to explore the area. We would definitely choose to stay at this property again in the future.
