Very nice house in gated community of high standard. Lots of peace, security and greenery, on the beach of Toque-Toque Pequeno, 7 km from Maresias.
Accommodation for up to 14 people in 3 suites and 2 bedrooms, with air-conditioning in all rooms and living rooms and central heating for showers and sinks.
TV with HDMI input and cable channels Wi-Fi with broadband Full kitchen, Refrigerator, freezer, Microwave, Stove with oven, Nexpresso
Bed linen, blanket and 2 towels per person
Swimming pool, Changing room with shower, Parasol and beach chairs Hammocks on the balcony, barbecue, trampoline that's fun (and exercise) for 2 to 90 years!
Security and reception 24h + monitoring cameras throughout the condominium.
Pets are welcome.
The gate of the condominium is 80 meters from the beach. The house is a 7-minute walk and has beautiful views of the beach and the mountains of the Atlantic Forest Reserve.
