Very nice property! End of a dead end road so very private. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the cove and sitting around the propane fire pit. Great time and hope to book again!
Beautiful views and the host thought of everything:)

Enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed the stay! Great location, nice clean and cozy away from everything. The only complaint will be the internet reception is horrible, but we would definitely use this place again as a quiet getaway.

From the owner: "Hi George, thank you for the review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and the location of our home. We also wish the satellite internet was better. We do note this on our listing, in the welcome email and sheet at the property, but sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations. We hope you got to enjoy the movies we provide. We're also working on increasing the collection to get a good variety. It was our pleasure to meet you, and we look forward to hosting you again!"
What a great spot of a single person or couple. It was perfect! It was super clean, updated, comfortable bed, large shower, private, and extremely relaxing.
I would five it a 5 star and highly recommend!
Wife and I were celebrating our 18 year anniversary. We had an amazing stay. It was very peaceful and beautiful with the colors of the trees changing. We've seen a couple of deers and other wildlife here.
Beautiful downstairs area with the perfect amount of space for a couple who want to spend the weekend at the lake! The paddle boards and boat dock were a nice bonus to have. The fire pit is cozy and easy to use. Nice, quiet location. The host responds quickly to questions and is willing to help with anything! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place!
We stayed for a short weekend and were very happy with the accommodations....beautiful walkout basement unit...tremendous views of the trees and Beaver Lake! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! Unit was spacious and clean. Access to the lake with paddle boards furnished was a nice plus. Very relaxing place to stay and unwind but close enough to Eureka Springs....a stunning 15 minute drive into town! Would HIGHLY recommend this place!
This rental exceeded all my expectations. Super clean, modern appliances, great shower and the wifi signal was strong. Even from the dock I was able to connect and play Pandora through a wireless JBL.
We're already planning a trip back.
Thank you Daniel!!
We loved our stay! Prompt communication from Daniel. Clear directions to property, very easy to find. Property was immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable and loved the blackout shades. We were expecting the walk down to the dock to be more challenging due to the natural terrain around Beaver Lake, but it was landscaped in a way to make it very easy. Paddle boards were provided and easy to bring down to dock. Great fishing in the cove. Close enough for a quick trip into Eureka Springs. Highly recommend if you love clean spaces with peaceful lake views and easy access. Would definitely love to stay again.

From the owner: "We’re so glad you had a wonderful experience! It was a pleasure to host you."
While it was a little further from Eureka Springs than I anticipated, the views MORE than made up for it. The space is great, lots of natural light, if you wish, great appliances for cooking in, and the shower was incredible. Our host, Daniel, was super quick to answer any questions we had. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside, why would you in Eureka Springs, but if the weather were bad, we could have stayed in and still enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at Waterfront Eureka Springs and want to thank our host for their quick responses to our questions and requests. The apartment was very clean and quiet with a wonderful view of Beaver Lake. The kitchen contained all the necessary dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and reuseable containers one needed in addition to a Keurig and use of their grill and paddle boards. Anyone arriving in a motorcycle needs to be aware, however, that the last half mile to the VRBO is pretty rough and steep. Fortunately, the host communicated this to us ahead of time which we appreciated. Location is not too far from Eureka Springs as well as hiking and water activities.

From the owner: "Jodi, it was a pleasure to host you. Hope to see you at another time."
Beautiful unit once you get there. Don’t try the access road for the first time in the dark. Switchbacks with deep holes, very steep. Then the choice of steep ramp or stone steps at the unit . Both will end in stone & gravel walkways, impossible to pull a rolling bag or use a walker. Beautiful deck overlooking the boat house. Again walkway is steep & uneven.we couldn’t get even halfway down to the water. Bottom line, if you have ANY mobility issues, try somewhere else.
