So great location on a bluff on Beaver lake. It is located in the middle of 3 other bigger houses, but there is space between them all with plenty of trees and shrubbery between them to feel a little secluded from one another. It was very clean and the lay out is nice and comfortable with a queen and a bunk bed in an open space with the living space and kitchen in between. If you are looking for a spot to visit Eureka Springs it is a little over 20 minutes from there so consider that not a big deal for us just a note for others. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Loved the hot tub and it is exclusive to that building. The road in is pretty rough in a couple spots. I certainly wouldn't take a sedan or any lower riding vehicles in. There was a couple minivans next door, take that for what it is worth. It was very dry when we went, We came in a larger SUV. Overall very very happy with the stay and location it is very scenic and beautiful. All instructions were sent via e-mail and nicely detailed and clear.

Thank you for your feedback, Olivia! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your understanding about the drive. It is not every day you drive over a waterfall! I am glad you saw that we recommend a higher clearance vehicle! We look forward to welcoming you back for another visit soon!
