My travelling companion has mobility issues. The street is on a hill. Parking is on the street and you can be limited at times. There are stairs from the sidewalk with no railing. Stairs to the veranda. The stair surfaces are varnished wood and slippery--with non current standard step decks size. The owner provides slippers and does not want shoes in the home. The slippers would fit my grandkids, but not me. There is no cable tv, and the TV's in each room are not smart TV's so a good deal of current tech knowledge is required to cast your phone or laptop to the tv's. There is no seating area with an armchair or couch, but the dinette has a small table and 4 wood chairs. The area is clean and safe. Be wary of the pricing on the site. I clearly asked for two people, two bedrooms--yet the owner required an extra 30 dollars a night for my crippled friend to brave the stairs and have his own room. All in all, not a bad location, not a bad stay but? A cheesy motel could provide service equal or better. Oh, and all the soaps are coconut scented so? If you hate coconut and it's smell as much as I do? Bring your own
