We had a one-night stay in this room. It was clean and quiet, exactly what we were hoping for. We had some trouble with the front door code, but the host helped us out in a timely manner. Thanks for a great place to stay!
I stayed approx. 3 nights. Everything was clean, the host was friendly and efficient and the other guests were quiet and respectful. I will stay here again.

The property is well kept, clean and they will share kitchen utensils with you. There is a refrigerator and microwave, bed was very comfortable to me.
On the other hand, there was no TV or any other amenities in my room. I run out of toilet paper on my 8th night, messaged the manager and never got a response so I had to walk to the drugstore and buy it myself, which is inconvenient.
Neighborhood is really nice and close to public transportation.Just don't expect hotel amenities and you will be fine.
This was a quick overnight in Vancouver. We rented a one bedroom/bathroom at a VERY affordable price. The house is in a beautiful older neighborhood of big historic houses and friendly dog walkers. We did not use the common areas of the home, but all appeared clean and usable. Our room was clean and comfortable, as was our bathroom. Nothing new and fancy but perfectly adequate. Would stay again.
Cost was commensurate with the property. Although the setup of the property was not made clear through the listing--a master bedroom in a large house that is setup like a hostel with many rooms occupied by different groups, the room and bed were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. One of the tenants (maybe the onsite manager?) was helpful with an issue regarding the door lock.
