You will have access to the entire mother-in-law's basement rental unit. You do not share the mother-in-law with anybody.

There is free street parking on both the north and west side of the house!

We allow (2) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.

Loved the stay

Enjoyed the stay very much. Newly renovated basement with lots of room! It is right under the 'G' on mountain. Which is nice, but can be a drive to get around Utah Valley.

Pleasant Grove Utah

Be sure to note this is a basement unit of an occupied home. The unit was very clean. It was close to everything we needed during our stay. The unit temperature is controlled by those living upstairs. No way to regulate in the unit itself. Linens in one bedroom need to be replaced with ones that are more comfortable. The unit can be noisy at night with upstairs activity.
