Sunset on Stanley is located in the perfect location for a getaway by the sea. Just a short stroll to the various picturesque hotspots such as Warrnambool’s breakwater foreshore, middle island and thunder point just to name a few.

Sunset on Stanley is all need and more! Enter through the front door and head left to the master bedroom. This bedroom contains a large king bed with adjoining walk-in robe, plus a his & hers shower and vanity, perfect for a couples weekend away.

Back out to the hallway and you are welcomed to the second bedroom, adjacent to the Master. This bedroom is equipped with a tri-bunk, (a single bed on top & a double on the bottom) and a single bed with extra trundle.

Walking further down the hallway you will meet the third bedroom, accompanied by a double bed, wardrobes and bedside tables, you will feel right at home throughout your stay.

The heart of the home starts as you enter the main open-plan living area. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all combined, allowing family and friends to congregate at the centre of the home. A wood fire brings the desired warmth in the winter, various couches and recliners surrounding the wood fire allows the perfect haven to put your feet up with a glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate. There is also a spit system for guest use. A large smart tv & sound bar frames the wall, allowing all guests in the open-plan living space to have undisrupted views. There is also a seperate study nook, just incase you need to work on holidays.

The kitchen is set off to the right back corner of the open-plan living space, a large island bench spans the width of the kitchen giving extra seating space, doubling as a breakfast bar. You are to expect a full kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and all cutlery and dinnerware.

The dining room is perfectly positioned to overlook the rear deck & backyard. Open the double doors and let the breeze flow through the home on a summers day. Seating up to 6 guests, there is enough room for everyone.

There is a main bathroom to the rear of the home, including a bath with overhead shower, vanity and second toilet. Adjoining the bathroom is a full laundry, including both washing machine & dryer. The laundry also overlooks the rear deck, easy access to the rear clothesline.

The rear undercover living area is sure to get a workout during the summer. Perfectly set with a 6-seater outdoor dining table, you will be spending your whole weekend away in this space. To top it off, there is a full bar with integrated BBQ and mini fridge. Everything you need to cook for the whole family.
Down from the decking you can access the large backyard surrounded by trees, and hedges, offering privacy.
