This was our first stay in South Padre Island. The property was a perfect fit our needs to beat the cold. We enjoyed our time and booked again for 2025.

Not what we expected

Upon arriving this place had an awful musty smell. We arrived late and thought maybe we were over thinking it and the AC had something to do with it. It smelt every time you came into the condo. The throw pillows on the couch were stained and felt dirty. The master shower door came off the track and my husband tried for 10 mins to get me out finally he was able to crack the door so I could get out. The pools at this location were also dirty and cloudy. We did go during inclement weather which i understand can be difficult to maintain clean but you couldn’t even smell any chlorine in the pool. This place was in tower number 4. Even the dumpsters were over flowing with garbage. Grounds could use a good updating. Was disappointed in our stay for the price we paid. Called the rental company and they didn’t seem to care.

Best home away from home

Everything was as described. Balcony was very well maintained, nice clean furniture and small touches of succulents for home touch. Very pleased with bedding and cleanliness of whole condo. I will definitely stay again .
