Cozy comfy place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and fenced in yard was great. Close to downtown Caseville, Sleeper State Park, and Port Crescent Dark Sky Preserve.
We had a very enjoyable stay. It is a great location in distance from any beach, and from town. The inside was nice and cool, and the backyard was great for the dogs, and for a nice fire at the end of the night. The communication with the host was top notch, and she was very generous to allow us an early check in at no extra cost. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Don! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. I like to offer all my guests early check in when possible. I’m also thrilled you and your dogs got a chance to enjoy the beach! I’d love to have you all back soon!
We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect spot for a mini getaway for my husband and our dogs. The space was cozy, clean, and dog-friendly, they even included thoughtful touches for our pups, which we really appreciated. Location was close to Caseville restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
Nice and quiet, close to lake and state parks. Very enjoyable

We had a great time on a long weekend. The house was very clean and cozy, and it had an amazing fenced-in yard for our dogs. Very convenient to both Caseville and Port Austin. We had a great time hiking in nearby parks and going to restaurants. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic!!
We had an incredible experience! The house was clean, cool and perfect for what we needed. The outdoor entertainment area was so much fun and the attentiveness by the hosts was the Cherry on top 🍒 They were a text away for any questions we had and they even swung by to help us replace the gas in the grill. 100/10 recommend. We will be coming back!!

Our stay at Sandy Paws exceeded expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is incredibly clean, renovated, and comfortable! So many updates with air-conditioning and electricity and Wi-Fi! The backyard is adorable and the entire property is so well stocked… from yard games and firewood to shampoo and body wash in the shower! The kitchen has everything that you would need to make your stay convenient and the host is 10 stars! So communicative, friendly and welcoming! Will definitely stay again!

Dawn, thank you for your kind words. I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay! You were amazing guests and I’d love to have you back.
We were so happy to find a rental that allowed all our dogs! The cottage was so cute and clean! Everything was provided and the beach was very close (maybe 1/4 mile?) The hosts were AWESOME and answered all our questions and then some!!! The front porch is a great spot to hang out and so is the beautiful private spacious backyard! We definitely recommend!!!
Very clean and accommodating for furkids. Had plenty of supplies for our weekend stay and some extras not listed like a Keurig and cooking spices, etc. I have stayed in places where they only leave one roll of toilet paper and you are forced to go to town for garbage bags etc. one of that here!
I booked this house to celebrate my SIL’s bachelorette. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! The house itself is great and it has an amazing backyard. The only issue we ran into is the A/C which unfortunately couldn’t keep up with the temperature outside and the house was not comfortable to stay in until the weather cooled down at night. The host is aware of this though and said she is planning on improving the A/C so this isn’t an issue next year. The host of this property is very responsive and helpful!

From the Owner: "Hi Madison! The old AC wall unit has been replaced with a new energy efficient unit creating a cooler environment with less energy. The electrical service was upgraded as well so there are no more issues with the breaker popping when all 3 units are running."
The only thing I would say is try to fix the water. I know it is well but that is strong. Has to be some way to fix that. And the drain in the shower and sink. Needs to be cleaned out, filled up very quickly

From the owner: "Hi Lee, thank you for your feedback. There was a malfunction with the Water filtration system when the power went out causing the hot water tank to have reactions to the metals in the water. This has been fixed. The water heater was flushed several times. An electronic "Odor Rod" was installed in to the hot water tank and there is now a back up battery for the water filter system."
