Relax in poolside comfort at this Flagstaff Hill villa, where modern amenities blend with tropical outdoor living. Experience world-class dining and shopping on Macrossan Street, and explore the golden sands of Four Mile Beach, a 10-minute stroll away. The large pool and spa deck has multiple sun loungers, while central cooling keeps things comfortable indoors. Guests will enjoy both space and privacy with dual living and alfresco areas, plus three bedrooms with ensuites.
Nestled on the exclusive Murphy Street, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beach adventures, scenic walking trails and boutique dining and shopping. This spacious villa is staged over two levels, furnished to entertain and keep everyone comfortable, with central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The deck features resort-style sun loungers around the sparkling pool and spa that you might not want to leave. Inside, the ground floor living area has plush seating in front of the TV. Three bedrooms are on this level, each featuring an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has direct access to the pool deck, while the others offer king beds with the option of splitting into two king singles upon request.
The light-filled second level is open-plan with the main living area set with oversized sofa seating and a reading corner, while the gourmet kitchen is meant to entertain with breakfast bar chairs. Gather around the eight-seater dining table for a proper meal or alfresco in the undercover balcony.
Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, a powder room, secure parking for one car and additional street parking.
Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby which may result in noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to grow and improve.
