Not what was advertised.

Hello Rizwana, I'm not sure how best to address this but I need to let you know that this rental is not at all what was advertised. To say we are extremely disappointed is an understatement. The following summary is a list of things that are included in your ad description/amenities but are not here. (1) No spa tub or tub at all. (2) No bidet, (3) No Barbeque, (4) No hair dryer (5) one towel each and no face clothes (6) Coffee Maker is filled with mold as it wasn't cleaned and not useable. (7) No ice maker or ice trays (8) No washer and dryer. Also found there are no extra linens or blankets for the fourth person, no entertainment games, light bulbs missing, no paper towels, very limit pantry basics, barely any dish soap (had to add water to make more) cooking utensils are nonexistent or broken, fry pans so scratched everything sticks. No glasses for wine, only 4 cups, plates, silverware etc so you need to wash after every single meal. There were cobwebs on front stoop coming in and grass not cut in what looks to be a few weeks. Truth is, we chose this place over others because of items (1), (3) & (8) Spa Tub, Barbeque & Washer Dryer, which I'd consider material terms of our contract. The differences in what was advertised versus what we paid for is a breach of that contract and needs to be addressed. We would have cancelled and book elsewhere by now but after searching, there is not much left available, so we are asking for some type of resolution.Outstanding Case 11883937
