The house is as shown in the photos and the hosts answered our questions within a few hours of us communicating. One thing to note, we did not realize that there were occupants in another part of the house. Although they did not disturb us in anyway and were the perfect neighbours, we would have preferred to know this prior to booking.
The house was exactly as advertised, clean, very central to Orangeville, and checking in was a breeze. I would be more than happy to stay there again if the opportunity arises. The hostess was also very helpful and responsive.
We needed a place close to the Sonnen Hill Brewery for a family party and this was perfect. It was 5 minutes away. Amarjit was very responsive to questions prior to arrival and the check in process was perfect. The house was very clean and exactly as described.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m glad to hear that the location worked perfectly for your family party .It was a pleasure hosting you. I hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future!
With the ability to sleep 8 people And convenience of 3 washrooms this is a welcoming place for a group of hikers. The washer, dryer, showers and tub were appreciated after coming home rain soaked from a 19km hike. Wifi service. Kitchen facilities with dishwasher but skimpy on utensils and bowls. Host available to answer questions and get a repair man if needed. Use of back deck unspecified. Close to medical care, restaurants and the Bruce trails.

Disappointing from arrival. Front porch sagging, paint pealing, trash around, holes in walls, floors dirty. House was dirty and junky, with personal items (shower caps, open fridge items, messy cupboards) everywhere. It looked and felt (beautifully) staged for photos only. Matresses poor. We couldnt adjust thermostats and were hot. It was barely OK, but we were embarrassed to host our out of town relatives there. Im sorry o dodnt botjer to take photos as we were busy all weekend.
We had a family wedding at Cambium Farm and booked this VRBO instead of the local hotel. The location and easy access to all town amenities was great. We stayed two nights. The home was spacious and clean inside and the beds and bathrooms were adequate. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Luckily we brought our own sharp cutting knives and pans as we planned a dinner in the first night as well as breakfast the next morning. Although the inside of the property was clean the garage needed some attention. There was garbage and trays of old food etc everywhere and the garage door opener was not working properly. We had to park one vehicle in the garage as our family came in multiple vehicles and because of the piled up snow the driveway did not have enough room to accommodate. That’s winter in Ontario Canada. Also, the back sliding glass doors and deck off the kitchen had not been cleared of snow and was not available as an emergency exit if needed.
