A magical place.
It’s a beautiful old-fashioned country house with all appliances up-to-date. The owners were friendly and helpful. The property is very large and beautiful, out of the view of other houses. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed.

Mono Farmhouse
No better place for friends, family and two dogs to celebrate Thanksgiving out of the city. Cozy, comfortable home with fantastic views of the autumnal colours. Plus access to great walking trails down to the Hockley Valley.

Peaceful retreat
This was a lovely, rural, peaceful place to stay while attending a seminar in Orangeville, which was just a short drive away. Breakfast on the porch or looking out over the meadow was a good way to start the day. The grounds were nice to walk around, but sadly we were unable to get to either the river or the nearby waterfall because the hiking trails accessed from the property were steep and overgrown. The listing said "private sanctuary alongside rushing rivers, waterfalls, forested valleys, and the Bruce Trail" so we were a bit disappointed to not see a river or a waterfall even though we could hear them. The wifi was unreliable, but none of us were working during our stay so it wasn't a big issue for us. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, and despite not having A/C we weren't too hot on the August long weekend. We would happily stay there again.

We're a family of 4 that loves to share our farm so that others can immerse themselves in the endless natural beauty offered in this corner of the world. We love to travel, listen to music, enjoy healthy delicious food, ride our mountain bikes, wander off on family hikes, and of course, we love meeting new people and spending time with friends and extended family.

Why they chose this property

Tucked away on a very quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy complete silence and calm. You'll feel true solitude and an immediate connection to nature. You have all of the amenities to connect with the busy world, however, you also have the choice to avoid it completely.
Several excellent restaurants and day-trip excursions to shop, golf, take the children for ice cream, have lunch or antique hunt are all close by...

What makes this property unique

Privacy, nature, and a lot of beautiful property to run around and explore...
