At Villa Irvana you will enjoy one of the best experiences in Rio de Janeiro, with a panoramic view of the sea, São Conrado beach and Pedra da Gávea where you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony of your room, rooms, leisure area or even our panoramic elevator.

Villa Irvana has a complete infrastructure, as if you were in a 5 star hotel, but feeling at home, with all the spaces decorated, bed linen and high quality bath towels for you to enjoy incredible days next to special people. At Villa Irvana you can count on a fully equipped kitchen to meet your needs, whether for family get-togethers or events, as well as a dining room equipped with a large table, where you can gather your family or even your business partners. .

We have 4 suites, 2 with a view of the sea and 1 with a view of the forest on the third floor, and the master suite which is on the fourth floor with a view of the forest from the bathroom, has a closet, desk and panoramic balcony to the sea at the highest point of the house.

We are located right at the beginning of Av. Niemeyer 8 minutes from Leblon and 10 minutes from Barra da Tijuca, places where you will find several gastronomic options such as bars and restaurants, as well as a local shopping center 5 minutes away with a supermarket, 24-hour pharmacy and shopping center. Best location & house in rio

Great location central to everywhere. 15 minutes from everything relevant in the city. Safe villa and location near the hottest club in Rio (Faro Beach club).. great for families and friends trip. We were working remote and partying this trip. Wifi was spotty but the staff fixed it and sent the technician same days to figure it out. Amazing trustworthy kitchen staff makes breakfast & cleans. The conceirge fee is a bit higher than expected so it would be better to go to grocery store run if you can do it yourself. Highly suggest this area and house for attentive team, location, safety and gorgeous unique views of rio.
