It is very close to 24-hour supermarket, bank branch, good restaurants and about 7 minutes from the Esplanade of Ministries. Has no door neighbor, is very close and also private L2 Avenue South, where they circulate several bus lines to the master plan and satellite cities.


It is situated in a prime central region of Brasilia, with easy access to leisure theater cinems restaurants, clubs, bars pharmacies hospitals bakeries and everything.

The flat is in fair conditions and is a bit old. Overall, the flat is good, well located and comfortable. Renewal of some appliances would be good, but didn't ruin our experience.
