They will show you that this old girl has been lovingly renovated into a magnificent coastal home and is only a hop, skip and jump to Boat Harbour Beach. If a slower pace is more your style, it is less than a 2-minute stroll to the water. In summer you can enjoy a swim and all the beauty this coastal town offers and in winter you can walk to one of the many whale migration vantage points. You can even bring the family pooch with you to enjoy this fantastic property.

6 minutes’ drive away is the Anna Bay Shopping Village with Tavern, Post Office, Grocer and other specialty stores or further 6 minutes and you will be at the major shopping centre of Salamander Bay Square.

Views on Graham features 3 bedrooms all with Queen Size beds, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen, coffee pod machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and much more. Relax on the balcony after a busy day and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down.

Off street carport parking for at least 2 cars and another driveway suitable for a small boat.

Views on Graham has a gas heater for the colder months. Ceiling fans and the beautiful sea breeze is normally enough to cool the house in Summer.

Beach house

Everything was beautiful especially location only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was there was no air con. Probably would be fine most days but we picked the weekend that was 40 degrees and was too hot without aircon for us and dogs. Other than that it was really nice

Perfect location

Beautiful quiet spot, easy, super quick access to the beach and dog friendly at certain times. The house was great, lovely views, perfect for our family, had everything we needed. A few things, the house is very hot on a very hot day when the breeze is not pleasant, other times the breeze cools the house. The dishwasher doesn’t wash the dishes well, ended up having to rewash everything we used. The beds aren’t very comfy and the doonas and pillows not great. We brought our own pillows thankfully so we were fine. Other than these things it was a great few days. The neighbours were lovely and our puppy’s loved it!

Super family friendly

My family and I had a great stay. The location of the property made it easy for the kids to wander down to the beach, ride their bikes or even just go for a walk. The house was lovely, clean and bright, with plenty of room to move. The location made it feel like you're out of the hustle of a tourist town but it's still super central so easy to grab take out, shop or go for dinner. Will definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be a clothesline and perhaps air con. That sea breeze was beautiful but didn't quite reach all the rooms. All in all though highly recommend.
