This home was perfect for us. It was a home away from home but with perks! We had fresh mountain air, a hot tub and bear sightings. Close to all the fun things to do. We loved it here.
We actually did not get to stay at this property the Holiday Chalet because there was an issue with the furnace and no propane. But the overall cleanliness and appearance of the home was great. It looked like it would be a wonderful place to stay for a family. The property management company was handling the situation with professionalism and we still had a great weekend.

Nice and quiet stay
We were looking for something quiet and secluded near Ober and this was the perfect place! Though there are other houses nearby, you don`t really notice them. Everything was nice and clean, the layout was perfect, and we had everything we needed. We brought extra toilet paper and paper towels, but didn`t need them because there was plenty. The kitchen was very well-equipped - there was even a slow cooker! The hot tub looked great, although we didn`t end up using it. Air hockey table was a huge bonus for our kids! Property managers were very responsive and provided all of the information we needed in one location so everything was easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

Could go on for pages, but I’m not wasting anymore of my time. This rental property is not “pets” friendly a listed, that’s false advertising. Once you agree to rental terms you’ll soon be told one dog is allowed. If that dog isn’t a mountain goat don’t bother taking your dog as there is no place for them to utilize the outdoors for their bathroom needs unless they scale down the side of a 25 drop into a small ravine filled with garbage and stall water. As for the rest of the property it is well taken photos of a property that is falling apart. Air hockey table broken, retro gaming system broken, and the rest of the place is falling apart.

We spent a long weekend here recently and had a wonderful stay. The layout was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 2 children) with plenty of room for more if needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the air hockey table! It was easy to connect the TVs to our own Netflix and Prime accounts for a movie night, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. We used the coffee table and the dining table for game time, too. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was hot and ready on the back deck as promised. Communication with the property managers was excellent and thorough, and they responded quickly to my texts with questions. They even went above and beyond to try to return a personal object that had been left! My only word of caution would be about the road the house is on. Of course it is in the mountains and roads are hilly and twisty...but this road seemed especially narrow with steep drop-offs and lots of sharp turns. We happened to arrive after dark on a night with the most dense fog I've ever seen, so it was a bit scary and slow going. Should be fine on a normal day.

This house is awesome The drive is a little scary but well worth it had bears at the house almost every day
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kids loved the game tables and we were able to relax in the comfortable living room. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
As others have said, the drive to the house is scary at first, but we made it in a Honda Odyssey in the low gear no problem. Only the first time is scary. We’d gladly stay here again.

excellent place!
Very clean and fun. we have movie night. whole family got relax vocation time.
We had a great stay! The kids loved the decor and were sad to leave. The proximity to the park and to downtown and Pigeon Forge was great! The weather fluctuates from 80s down to 30s with snow but the hot tub and fireplace kept us warm! Great location!

We loved the Chalet! It was clean and roomy. All the holidays in one place, I loved it. The road leadingup to it was the bad part, very narrow and you never knew if an on coming car was coming.SCARY But overall loved it and it was close to everything.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time! The drive up the mountain was a bit scary (no guardrails on the curvy road in most places) but also BEAUTIFUL! We saw a family of bears (Mama and 4 cubs) daily on our way down the mountain. We even had an up close encounter with a small bear (guessing about 2 years old) in the driveway! Watch out, he likes to hide under the pack porch of this house and the one next to it! Also careful pulling into the driveway! It is a WEIRD angle! Other than that, the kids loved the game tables, and we had a great time!
